Most of our clubs are currently located at Horndean Technology College (HTC). Other venues are used at times but will always be specifically referenced on the events page.

We have a general training program for each month which consists of:

First session of the month -

includes weapons.

Second session of the month -

includes groundwork.

Third session of the month -

includes formal kata.

Fourth session of the month -

includes randori.
